Trasino Park is comprised of over 30 acres and is one of the best examples of mixed use developments in Northeastern Wisconsin. Trasino Park is located in Grand Chute, a community situated in Wisconsin’s Appleton / Fox Cities area, and is Wisconsin’s largest town, both in terms of population and property valuation. Grand Chute also boasts the Fox River Mall, the largest premier retail center north of Milwaukee, helping give the Fox Cities its reputation as “Wisconsin’s Shopping Place.”

Trasino has it all. Home improvement and home furnishing stores in a flex construction building; several planned office buildings, residential housing, and over 100,000 square feet of high end retail space, some of which is adjacent to Trasino Lake with its picturesque fountains and bridge and a boardwalk to sit out on and have a coffee and danish. Trasino has plenty of parking with easy access into and out of the site. Trasino Park also boasts an 80 room hotel completed in June of 2007 with suites and there are restaurants within the Park as well.

Trasino Park has all of the modern conveniences you expect and is celebrating its 5 year anniversary in 2007!
